Scope of Services. Through this Site, JFS Remodeling markets and arranges Cabinet Installation, Hardwood Floor Installation, Interior Painting, Vinyl Floor Installation, Tile Floor Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by JFS Remodeling or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. JFS Remodeling makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, JFS Remodeling's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JFS Remodeling harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. IL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in IL.
Modifications. JFS Remodeling may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
